Relationship Manager (0-2 Years Experience) 2 Positions Open
Location :
* Bangalore - 1 Position (Female - Work Experience 3-5 Years)
* Mumbai - 1 Position (Male - Work Experience 0-2 Years)
Requirements :
* UG / PG - any specialisation.
* Work experience preferably in Online Sales / Ad Sales / Corporate Media Sales.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills - must have the ability to interact and communicate with user/client and understand their requirements.
* Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
* Must have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work independently to research and resolve issues.
* Must have excellent knowledge of the English language - written and spoken.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Must be well-groomed and presentable.
Roles & Functions :
* Networking with developers and agencies in order to create alliance opportunities for HDFC RED.
* Interacting with developers on a regular basis in order to manage their profile and project listings.
* Updating developers' price and project details on the website.
* Creating awareness about and advising clients regarding our new service offerings.
* Maintaining high standards of service and forming close interpersonal relationships with existing and new clients.
* Generating revenue from existing and new clients.
* Preparation and maintenance of Sales Reports.
* Sharing market trends.
* Co-ordinating with the local HDFC Ltd. teams and HDFC RED Head Office team.
* Responsible for timely delivery of work.

Reporting
* Bangalore - Reporting to the Regional Manager - South (HDFC RED) / State Head (Karnataka).

Remuneration
As per industry standard (fixed salary + performance linked incentives). Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
